Crystal Wash: 

Crystal Wash is a newly developed and new proven technology in the laundering industry. In this washing process, bio ceramics are used as power. It effectively cleans the garments effectively as laundry detergents. Crystal washed garment is better for skin and environment friendly. Besides, it is better for the skin, environment, and more gentle for fabrics. In this article, I will describe here, in the flow chart of the crystal wash.

Adding material and KMNO4 @ 1-50g /l

Neutralization by sodium metabisulphite

Neutralization by Acetic acid (CH3 COOH)

Normal wash

Softening silicon softener (non -ionic).

Process Sequence of Crystal Wash:

ProcessProcedure
1. P. P. sprayIt is the first process of crystal Wash. According to buyers provided wash reference P.P sprayed in the garments by using the required chemical.
2. Garments loading into the machineHere, the required number of garments will load into the machine.
3. De-sizingGarments are de-sized here by using a de-sizing chemical such as boide, Anti back stain, and so on.
4. Rinsing (Two times)After completing de-sizing, garments are rinsed here two times to remove size material from the garments.
5. P. P neutralizationP.P has to neutralize here by using the required amount of
sodium meta bi-sulfite and acetic acid.
6. SofteningIn this section, softening has done by using an anionic
softener.
7. Garments unloading from the machineAfter completing all the above processes. Finally, garments can unload from the machine.
8. HydroHere garments are extracted by using a hydro extractor.
9. DryingGarments will dry here by using the gas dryer or steam dryer. A gas dryer is used for the reddish shade garments and a steam dryer is used for bluish shade garments.
