Tie washing is done by tiding the garments and then wash and we will get an uneven crease look on garments. For tie washing, at first, we have to tie the garments according to the standard. Then the washing is started. Basically for this wash, we do enzyme or bleach wash. After washing we cut the tie and then make the shade according to standard. When the garment is being tied then the sharp edges come to machine contact and the effects come. The process flow chart of Tie Wash are described below:

Desizing: For desizing, 300 gm desizing agent, 100 gm Anti Backstaning, and 300-liter water are used. It is done for 15 minutes at 500C temperature.
Rinse-Wash: For rinse washing, 400-liter water is used. It is done for 3 minutes.
Enzyme: 500 gm Natural enzyme (Powder), 100 gm Anti Backstaning, and 250-liter water are used. It is done for 20 minutes at 450C.
Rinse-Wash: For rinse washing, 400-liter water is used. It is done for 3 minutes.
Tie remove: Ties are removed and the enzyme is added and treated for 15 minutes.
Enzyme: 500 gm Natural enzyme (Powder), 100 gm Anti Backstaning, and 250-liter water are used. It is done for 20 minutes at 450C.
Rinse-Wash: For rinse washing, 400-liter water is used. It is done for 3 minutes.
Softener: 400 gm Softener Cationic, 100 gm acidic acid, and 250-liter water are used. PH should be maintained at 5.5. It is done for 5 minutes.
Hydro extract: Hydro extraction is done for 5 minutes.
Hot dryer: It is done for 40 minutes at 700C.
Cold Dryer: It is done for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Problems of Tie Wash
- If the tie is not properly done, the effect will come unevenly.
- If timing is not matched then effects will come more or less.
Solutions of Tie Wash
- Tie rope should be selected properly.
- Time should be maintained properly.
